My flat rate fees may be a little higher than those offered by several "form filling" services offering to register trademarks for you. Frankly speaking, about fees...
I understand that some people may be confused apprehensive about how legal work is charged, and are fearful of getting bills they don’t expect. Avoiding “sticker shock” is one of my goals. I make sure my clients know exactly what they are getting into when it comes to costs.
My fees are, in general, one third to one half less than those charged by large intellectual property law firms, one of which I was a partner with for over ten years. I am flexible in offering flat fees for many projects, and working with clients to make sure they receive affordable, efficient and enforceable IP protection. I accept checks, wire transfers, debit card and Paypal payments, Mastercard, Visa and Amex.
